Rosenblatt Recitals

Dear subscriber,

Prior to our new season beginning in September, Rosenblatt Recitals moves beyond the concert hall to the screen this summer as Sky Arts broadcasts four recitals from the 2012-13 season every Monday evening between 15 July and 5 August.

Rosenblatt Recitals on Sky Arts 2 HD
starts with acclaimed American tenor Lawrence Brownlee on Monday 15th July, 8pm, followed each consecutive Monday by Spanish tenor Joel Prieto (22 July), Greek soprano Dimitra Theodossiou (29 July) and Sicilian tenor Antonino Siragusa (5 August).

Not only is this an exciting and rare opportunity to watch the song recitals on television, but presenter Suzy Klein also brings extraordinary depth and context to the performances through interviews with the artists about their choice of repertoire and their approach to the art of singing.

We are so excited that a broadcaster of Sky’s reputation is committed to bringing Rosenblatt Recitals to an even bigger audience through this important development. The recital series moved to its new home at Wigmore Hall this season and what better way for viewers to experience the magnificent talent on offer in this wonderful, intimate recital space than through these broadcasts on Sky Arts. We cannot wait to see them.
Ian Rosenblatt, Founder
